Daryoush Firouzli Architecture Inc., is a total service organization that provides a full scope of services from commencement of design to final completion and move-in. Daryoush has over 20-years of architectural experience, the last 8 years working in Nanaimo completing many projects throughout Vancouver Island.
British Columbia’s diverse climate and geography has allowed Daryoush the opportunity to work with a wide range of projects.
Daryoush Firouzli Architecture Inc.,takes a collaborative approach to its work. It engages consultants whenever residential, commercial and institutional projects demand. Daryoush’s primary goal is to establish trust with his client, get connected to the needs the client is looking to fulfil. Daryoush finds that with careful listening, efficiencies in time and project costing are achieved. “I want to achieve their goals.
What efficiencies can we bring?”
We can provide full architectural services or selected partial services as requested by the client. Fees for services generally reflect the scale recommended by the Architectural Institute of British Columbia and can be provided on an hourly, per diem, or fixed fee basis. As the project demands and upon the client’s request, the Daryoush Firouzli Architecture Inc., will provide services as Project Managers; that is coordinating and selecting all sub-consultants and achieving all necessary permits and approvals.
Initial consultation and inquiries are provided without fee. In addition, with no obligation to the client, we are prepared to provide a detailed proposal for services and associates fees. This proposal usually follows an exploratory meeting with the client to determine the scope of the project and, where practical, a viewing of the subject site.
